The managers have different jobs and work at different levels in the company’s management pyramid. They work in different departments such as: marketing, manufacturing, finance, accounting, human resources, research and development. Their positions also differ in the hierarchy of the departments that they work in: marketing vice-president, marketing manager, marketing communications chief, advertisement chief, etc. These can be seen in management pyramid diagrams.
